WHO PROCESSES MY DATA?
The Data Controller is I.M.G. Srl, with registered office at Via Torino 5, 51011 Buggiano (PT), Italy.
WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING?
The data are processed for newsletter subscription, in order to send commercial information and updates on the company’s activities.
Navigation data, such as IP addresses or system logs, may also be collected. The processing is based on the execution of specific requests and on the user’s explicit consent.
WHAT DATA ARE PROCESSED?
Personal identification data and contact details.
HOW ARE MY DATA PROCESSED?
Processing is carried out both in paper form and by means of IT tools, in compliance with the provisions on personal data protection and, in particular, with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
No automated decision-making or profiling processes are carried out.
TO WHOM ARE THESE DATA DISCLOSED?
We do not disclose your personal data and they will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
The processing of users’ personal data is carried out by company personnel specifically authorized by the Company. For this purpose, such persons are formally appointed and instructed in writing.
HOW LONG DO YOU RETAIN MY DATA?
The data are retained for 24 months, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) regarding web marketing.
In any case, the retention period is determined in compliance with the limits permitted by applicable laws.
WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
You have the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the Regulation, namely the right to request access, rectification, and erasure of your personal data.
You may also object to their processing if you believe your fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated.
You have the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your data in a format that can be transferred to other data controllers.
