I.M.G. Srl pursues its objectives in compliance with the principles and rules of conduct set out in its Code of Ethics and in the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

These principles reflect the values of transparency, fairness and legality as an integral part of the company’s culture and corporate policy.

In this context, the Company provides all those who, in any capacity, have relations with it, with a system for submitting Reports concerning any violations relating to the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Through its reporting system, I.M.G. Srl undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and of the content of the report, as well as protection against any retaliation and/or discriminatory acts directly or indirectly connected to the Report itself.
